I’m James Nellany, Founder and Lead Consultant at Amplifyze Marketing.

I‘m a highly experienced digital growth marketer with a proven track record in profitably scaling paid digital marketing investments from zero to eight figures annually, as well as making significant improvements in the efficiency of existing paid digital channels.

To date I have directly managed or overseen more than £50M ($65M) in profitable digital marketing spend for clients and former employers.

Amplifyze Marketing is a digital growth marketing consultancy that I set up to help businesses to profitably scale their paid digital marketing channels. I am the lead consultant on all projects, so when you work with Amplifyze you are primarily buying into my experience and expertise.

Every project is unique and so the short answer is it depends.

Broadly speaking, I work on either a retainer basis or an hourly/ day rate depending on the project type. This is based on expected time commitment required, plus any additional costs we need to add on (e.g. for subcontracting specific elements of projects to domain experts where needed). We can flesh out the specific details during our initial conversations and then I can provide you with a quote.

To de-risk the cost of projects, I offer zero tie-ins or notice periods as standard. I do not want you to continue to pay me for further work if you don’t think I’m adding value.

I am based in London, UK, and am available for regular face-to-face meetings in London and the surrounding area if required.

However, I generally work on 100% remote projects and am available to serve clients based anywhere globally. I have managed campaigns targeting all parts of the world and I have specific and extensive experience targeting the US, UK and Australian markets in particular.

I am extremely flexible in terms of meeting times, so I can work with you regardless of which timezone you are in.

I’ve worked across many different industries and business models in my career, spanning both B2C and B2B, online and offline, as well as different company sizes (from small startups to global businesses).

I do not personally believe that specific industry experience is necessary to successfully scale paid digital campaigns, and have a track record of success when working in industries that are professionally new to me.

If I haven’t worked in your industry before, I will take the time to understand your business model, competitive landscape and target audience and I have the commercial acumen to adapt to specific industry nuances.
